Terms & Conditions – Indian Rahein

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Indian Rahein mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Indian Rahein services.
You must have a valid mobile number for account registration.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Use of Services

Indian Rahein provides a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers. By using the app you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, hack, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application.
Treat drivers respectfully and not engage in abusive behaviour.
Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
Not use the platform for the transportation of prohibited goods.

4. Booking & Payments

All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges.
Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet balance.
Indian Rahein reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
Surge pricing may apply during peak hours or high demand periods.
Receipts are provided via the app and email after every completed ride.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Repeated cancellations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

6. Driver Conduct

Indian Rahein drivers are independent service providers. While we verify all drivers, Indian Rahein is not liable for the actions of individual drivers. Any misconduct should be reported immediately through the app's Help section.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indian Rahein shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Loss of personal belongings during a ride.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance.

8. Account Suspension

Indian Rahein reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a safety risk to drivers or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
