Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Indian Rahein, we strive to provide a seamless ride-booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for rides booked through our platform.


2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Time Refund Amount
Before driver is assigned 100% Refund
Within 2 minutes of driver assignment 100% Refund
2–5 minutes after driver assignment 50% Refund
After 5 minutes of driver assignment No Refund (Cancellation fee applies)
Driver did not arrive (verified) 100% Refund
Ride cancelled by driver 100% Refund

3. Rental Booking Refunds

  • Rental bookings cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time: 100% refund.
  • Cancelled 12–24 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund.
  • Cancelled less than 12 hours before scheduled time: No refund.
  • If the driver fails to show, a full refund is issued automatically.

4. Overcharge Refunds

If you believe you were overcharged for a ride, please raise a dispute within 7 days of the ride. We will investigate and process a refund within 5–7 business days if the claim is valid.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • UPI / Wallet: 1–2 business days.
  • Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days.
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Rides completed successfully.
  • Cancellations after the grace period (as per the table above).
  • Promotional or discounted rides where stated.
  • No-show by the rider after driver arrival.
